The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Russia jointly with the Business Environment presented the first All-Russian educational platform of knowledge and services for business
"The importance of creating a knowledge and services platform for entrepreneurs at different stages of business development is obvious. It's not just about the best educational products that will be aggregated on the platform, we hope that this resource will be the next step in shaping a new quality of the business environment, as well as a new culture and psychology of doing business, "said the Director of the Department of Small and middle business and competition of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia Maxim Parshin at the presentation of the project of the All-Russian educational platform for entrepreneurs within the framework of the XIX World Festival of Youth and Youth dents in Sochi.
The educational programs of the platform will cover all the necessary topics of the entrepreneurial cycle from start to liquidation of the company, as well as best practices from suppliers: universities, educational online and offline sites, private consultants and trainers. Entrepreneur will not only receive knowledge, but also their practical application. For service providers - many of whom are themselves SMEs - this will be a new channel for attracting customers. The platform will also feature state services.
"By the end of 2018, more than 100,000 Russian citizens, beginning businesses and already engaged in business, must pass through the educational platform," Maxim Parshin said.
October 20, 2017 launched a site on which the platform will later be deployed.

The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia in June 2017 decided to grant a subsidy to implement measures to create an All-Russian online learning platform and develop the infrastructure for providing state and commercial services on a "one-stop-shop" basis.
As a result of the open competition, the grant was granted to the joint stock company "Business Environment", a subsidiary of PJSC Sberbank, which has many years of experience in providing educational services for entrepreneurs.
