Last week in Tomsk Chamber of Commerce held a seminar on INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION AND TECHNOLOGICAL INVESTMENTS
27 and 28 May EICC-Tomsk region with the support of the Regional Department of Industry and Enterprise Development and the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia held practical seminars on the development of export capacity of regional businesses and technological investment. Invited experts were Oleg Palade - a member of the board of directors of the network of international experts "Soyuzkonsalt", the expert of the RF CCI and the Working Group on the WTO at the Russian Ministry of Economic Development.
During the seminar "Development of export potential of regional enterprises: promotion of products to foreign markets," the participants got acquainted with the approaches to the compilation of export enterprises plan, develop strategies of companies in the international markets.
According to Oleg Paladeva availability of professionally written export plan enables the company to focus on a specific target audience, to adapt the product to the requirements of a particular market, identify and exploit favorable external factors effectively, and to develop in the right areas in-house resources.
May 28, 2014 the seminar "Technological investment - possibilities of growth of foreign trade activities of the Russian regions" oriented managers and owners of small and medium-sized businesses. Using data from the Federal Customs Service, Oleg Palade showed a method for analyzing the region's foreign trade turnover, has analyzed the trade balance of the Tomsk region, shared with the participants the mechanisms of using this method for the selection of the market and the choice of perspective directions of business. Also at the event were considered examples of productive cooperation between Russian and European companies.
